Material Descriptions

R-75 A very firm, low cost ejector for use on thin substrates. Because of the wide thickness tolerance, it is recommended for hand fed presses only. The firmness of this material can quickly build up, top end tonnage. Caution should be used so that the product being diecut isn't t damaged by compression or that the press isn't overloaded. Recommended for flat diecutting.

R-70 Ditto the attributes of R-75 except for thicker substrates. Recommended for hand fed flat diecutting where a wider variability of rubber thickness is acceptable.
13500 / C-85 Sponged cork is an extra, extra firm material that should be used sparingly because of the possibility of tonnage overload. Recommended for flat diecutting in areas of the die where you want to flat crush the substrate. (ie:Glue Tabs)
12300 A hard-to-beat, excellent ejector with very rapid recovery. It is also very economical. Recommended for thick substrates. Because of it's economy, it is attractive for hand fed flat bed diecutting. Because of it's resiliency, it is a great ejector for machine fed flat bed and rotary diecutting. It's resistance to abrasion makes it an excellent ejector for cutting abrasive products. See www.dieejection.com for more information on operation range for this ejector.
1100 An economical wider tolerance ejector for thick substrates. Recommended for hand fed flat bed diecutting.
1700 An economical wider tolerance ejector for thick substrates. Recommended for hand fed flat bed diecutting.
3500 A high quality, positive only tolerance, fast recovery ejector. Gives a powerful quick ejection from a very small amount of compression. Less top end loading for reduced pressure to cut Excellent ejector for high speed presses cutting thinner substrates. (up to .050' thick when using .375' thick ejector with a .063' surplus over knife height) Recommended for flat diecutting. See www.dieejection.com for more information on the operating range for this ejector.
6500 A kissing cousin of the 3500 but for thicker substrates. (Up to .090' when using a .375' thick ejector with a .063' surplus over knife height) Recommended for flat diecutting.
2700 Related to the 3500 and 6500 materials with the same attributes except for thicker substrates. (Up to .125' thick when using a .375' thick ejector with a .063' surplus over knife height) Recommended for flat diecutting. See www.dieejection.com for more information on the operating range for this ejector.
15700 Yet another relative of the 3500, 6500, 2700 family with the same attributes except for thicker substrates. (Up to .165' thick when using a .375' thick ejector with a .063' surplus over knife height) Recommended for flat diecutting. See www.dieejection.com for more information on the operating range for this ejector.
14300 A firm ejector to be used on flat bed die cutters with thin substrates. Best use is with hand-fed presses where wider variability of ejector thickness is acceptable.
